1. Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped through UPS.
This ensures fast, reliable, and trackable delivery for every purchase.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after the purchase date.
Processing times may be extended slightly during holidays or high-volume periods, but we make every effort to ship as quickly as possible.

3. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive your UPS tracking number immediately via email.
This allows you to follow your package in real time and know exactly when it will arrive.

4. Delivery Time

After your order has shipped, you can expect to receive your package within:

5–7 business days (U.S. domestic shipping)

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and UPS operational conditions.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
Occasional promotions may offer reduced or free shipping.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed off to UPS, it is under their care.
If your package is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact UPS directly with your tracking number.

We will assist when possible, but Atelier Exchange is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses submitted by the customer.

7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address leads to delivery issues, we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.
